Cookies, explained plainly
We keep cookies to a minimum — just what's needed to run the site and keep our forms secure. Here's exactly what we use and how to control it.

What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. Similar technologies — like local storage and pixels — work the same way. They let a site remember things (such as your cookie choices) and help keep features like forms secure. This policy covers our marketing website at fleetiveapp.com; the Fleetive product application has its own in-app notices.
How we use cookies
We take a minimal, privacy-first approach. Today, the site runs on strictly necessary cookies only — there's a single cookie that remembers your consent choice, and Cloudflare Turnstile uses short-lived storage to protect our forms from bots. We don't run advertising or retargeting cookies, and any analytics are off until you opt in.
Strictly necessary
Required for the website to function and for our forms to stay secure. These can’t be switched off.
| Cookie / tool | Provider | Purpose | Retention |

Analytics
Help us understand how the site is used so we can improve it. Anonymous and aggregated. Loaded only with your consent.

Managing your preferences
You're in control. Use the button (also in the footer as “Cookie settings”) to accept, reject, or fine-tune optional cookies at any time. You can also control cookies in your browser:
- Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their privacy/security settings.
- Blocking strictly necessary cookies may break parts of the site, like form submission.
- To opt out of Cloudflare's bot-protection processing, see the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
Third-party services
A few trusted providers power parts of our site and may process limited data on our behalf: Cloudflare (security & hosting) and Formspark (contact-form delivery). When you submit a form, your information is handled per our Privacy Policy.
Changes to this policy
As we grow, we may add tools like analytics — and if we do, we'll update this page and ask for your consent first. We'll revise the “Last updated” date whenever this policy changes.
